you'll cry, believe me

A question for any of you out there in the news business:
When does the crying stop? I mean, honestly, at what point are you just able to deal with all this stuff without the hurting (which manifests itself in my case in very unbecoming and unprofessional tears).

Am I just not cut out for this game? ("Clearly, you are not" is a totally acceptable answer).
